• Guardrails around ethics, data security, and judgment

AI Productivity Workshop (2 Hours)

A hands-on working session where participants build practical workflows using AI for everyday tasks.
Focus areas:

• Using AI as a daily productivity assistant
• Reusable prompting frameworks
• Summarizing surveys, reports, and meetings
• Drafting emails, letters, plans, and internal documents
• Light workflow automation and reuse
• Using Agents, Deep Research, Web Search

Productivity Workshop (Full Day)

A practical, hands‑on full‑day workshop for leaders and teams who want to embed AI into everyday work. The day combines foundational concepts and extended, guided exercises so participants leave with prompts, templates, and workflows they can use immediately.

Format / Schedule:

• Morning Session — 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  Foundational AI concepts, account/tool setup, and orientation.

• Lunch Break — 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.

• Afternoon Session — 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  Hands‑on, practical productivity exercises and guided demonstrations.

Focus areas:

• Building role‑specific AI workflows for fundraising and administration
• Reusable prompting frameworks, templates, and SOPs
• Summarizing reports, meetings, and donor communications
• Drafting emails, appeals, and stewardship content with AI assistance
• Practical demos using Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Google Gemini

Outcome: Participants leave with concrete prompts, templates, and a day’s worth of tested workflows they can put into practice right away.

AI Productivity Coaching Program (Four Sessions)

A personalized coaching program delivered weekly or biweekly for executives or small teams.
Designed to:

• Build role-specific AI workflows
• Create reusable prompts, templates, and SOPs
